Afterall, this man created 2.5 million pounds worth of debt during his time as chairman. <br /> <br />He also should not have been chairman at the time, as he has an IVA (insolvancy voluntary agreement) against him, which means he is required by law not to hold directorships whilst he as an IVA effective. <br /> <br />Guess what? The welsh assembly member for wrexham, Dr. Marek, wants him to be wrexham afc's next owner. Mr. Marek believes Mr. Guterman is wrexham's only hope of surviving. <br /> <br />Hold on! Under Mr. Guterman, Wrexham's debts rose to 2.5 million pounds, so how could a man whom created wrexham's debt problems in the first place that has resulted in a winding up order by the inland revenue be supported? well that is my question, but mr. marek won't answer me. <br /> <br />therefore here are 10 questions for Mr. Marek? <br /> <br />1. Why do you work with a man that has a poor business management record and currently has an i******* V******* a******* <br /> <br />2. Why have you chosen to support a Cheshire businessman over a groups of Wrexham businessman and fans <br /> <br />3. How did you get the information of the Wrexham supporters bid <br /> <br />4. Did you give this bid information to Mr Guterman. <br /> <br />5. Did you give this information to Mr Guterman before he submitted his bid? <br /> <br />6. Have you been offered a place on the Wrexham AFC board by Mr Guterman <br /> <br />7. With rumours now rife of a conflict of interest, Will you now publicly state that you have no interest of a seat on the board and will refuse, if asked, in the future. <br /> <br />8. What advice did you give to Mr Guterman <br /> <br />9.
